Placement of replacement BCB velcro rod straps

Sorry if this has been answered previously....could not find it on the forum. I purchased replacement BCB velcro rod straps for a 04 Pantera classic. Need to know proper location/measurement for placement on the rod locker lid or the casting deck. The ones Im replacing were re-installed by previous owner who had carpet redone...dont think they are in the correct spot. Could someone with a Pantera Classic provide photo and/or measurements? Looking at larger BCBs like the Jag or Puma, Ive noticed some are secured on the actual rod locker lid...dont think there is enough room to do that on a Pantera and effectively secure the rods in rough water (strap will be too far below reel)...but not sure. Would be nice if that will work as you could open rod locker while rods are secured vs now they are secured on the casting deck above the seam of where the rod locker lid opens....so, you have to unstrap your rods to open either rod locker lid. ALSO-how far apart from the buckle to fold in the free running end should the second set of screws be secured? (Seems it should not exceed width of rod locker even if secured on casting deck vs lid) Thanks in advance! Am slowly replacing different parts to get this cat back to like new condition.
