Pro pak II has fired to Die Platinum batteries

i noticed a month ago when i would plug up my charger i would hear a frying sound coming for the charger but it seemed to be working the lights were red and the next morning the lights were green batteries seemed to be charged but after 7 or 8 trip batteries seemed weaker and weaker like they wouldnt take a charge but the charger still showed green so i went to sears bought one of those die hard platinum small charger made for them even has a button on there for them special charge plugged it up it showed it charged them the first time but then i put the tester on it from the charger in 30 minutes unhooked from anything the battery went from full charge to 60 % so i took them both to sears they put them on their machine to test them and said they had been shorted out and they were not going to able able to warranty them only 14 months old because they had been shorted but the charge is the only thing that could have done that i am guess has anyone else seen this have they been having a problem with this charger but the second bank battery is fine nothing wrong only messed up bank one and bank three so i bought 2 new batteries and unhooked my charger what kind of warranty do they have it is only 2 years old came on boat installed at factory who even makes these and how can i get in touch with them THANKS
