Pro Tec Products Distribution

Some of you may know, but I have been traveling around to different marinas, boat dealers auto parts stores trying to get them to sell Pro Tec Products. The biggest resistance I have come across is hearing "no one has ever asked me about this". Guys you could do us both a favor, ask you local retailers if they would carry Pro Tec. This way it is readily available to you and you save on the shipping. If you know of a local retailer , auto parts store, grocery store, marina, gas station etc. Please let me know and I will contact them or give them my info and ask them to contact me. For you guys around Okeechobee go in to Roland Martins Marina and let them know the product will be supported. The GM is on the fence weather to carry it or not. Man I hope you can get in somewhere in Minneapolis area. I really want to try some Showroom, but I wince everytime I think about $10+ S&H for 1 bottle of stuff. I do appreciate the little “freebie” that came with my sealent on my last purchase though! That took the sting away last time (and saved me from a few sunburns)! And LOVE your product. Easier on and off than anything on the market.

Ive been using the Showroom Conditioner for a while. I generally dry my boat and then spray it and wipe it down with the Showroom Conditioner. Hey Joe,I just ordered the complete kit. Got it just fine. One question, I have several fine scratches on my Merc engine cowling. Someone else mentioned the Nu-paint product. Is that what you would suggest, or should I try a mild rubbing compound??? It did not come in the kit so I may have to reorder.Very impressed with the sealant, and the showroom conditioner. I used to use shazzam, this seems to work better.Thanks for your support of BCBs and owners.Bill

The Nu Paint will remove FINE scratches as long as you use a rotary buffer. nu Paint has micro abrasives in it and as long as you follow it up with Sealant Polish youshould have a great looking motor. Thanks for asking, Joe Pro-Tec Productswww.protecproducts.com

I used the Nu Paint on my 07 OptiMax cover. It had scuff marks from the Aurora cover, along with some fine, but noticeable scratches. It took two applications, but it did the job. Not a scratch or swirl mark anywhere. Ive got a black flake top cap and solid black boot on my Sabre. Nu Paint takes the scuff (stump marks) off the boot and the fine scratches off the cap. I use microfiber wax applicator and a couple of good heavy microfiber towels to buff it out by hand.
