Pro Trim (blinker style) backwards??

Up is down, down is up. How do I reverse, I cant think it is difficult, just need a jumping off point. Also, the towing issue I was having is caused (or at least I hope) by a relay (not half relay) that has to be installed in the control box panel (in cab by passengers right foot). Ford provides the relay and says the relay has to be in place before towing, along with a diagram showing where it goes. DU-OH!! This should fix my tow problem. Once I fix the trim, all should be good w/ the exception of figuring out how to drive the darn thang. Thanks all. -Lee

Ive never done that, but it seems like you should be able to take it off and flip it over fairly easy. Depending on how its mounted, might need to take the steering wheel off?? Not sure, but surely it will be a quick job. Hope you get that towing issue resolved also. KentKent Charles 2002 Pantera Classic & 200 Yamaha VMax

Swap the two out side wires and I think that will reverse it.

Unscrew the handle, slide the plastic cover off, switch the green and blue wires on the spade terminals from top to bottom, It should work fine for you then.

Swap the wires and youll be good to go!

the relay is for the reverse light and to lock out brakes when in reverse. I have an 01 supercrew, the box is in the engine comp by brake reservoir. my truck came with 2 relays. one is for electric brakes and the other for reverse.

just remembered one of the relays is for battery charge.
