I noticed all the BCB/Suzuki pros are running Suzuki props- running 28 pitch with vent holes fully open. Same for Dean Rojas.I will be ordering my new Suzuki this week for my 03 Classic. I am thinking a 25 pitch, but wondering if I may try a 26, keep my 24 Trophy as a back up. Any ideas here?

We have no understanding of Suzuki propellers in depth other than the ration in the gearcase dictates a larger propeller.

The Suzuki will not work. Given their 2.5:1 gearcase, I would need to run a 30 p prop just to hit 64 mph. Currently working on finding a new 200 ProXS Opti that someone would have in stock, or order a new 4stroke 200 ProXS. Looking like an 8-12 week order lead time.

Contact you BCB dealership. The BCB Factory has several new 200 Pro XS engines in stock. They got a lump for the new four stroke launch and they are working with the BCB dealerships on those.
