OK,Ill bite–Ill bring it up. I dont fish those waters, but a High Five is a great prop for getting a heavy boat up quick, and keeping it on plane. Will NOT blow out like a Fury or Tempest will if you have to turn quickly, and will hold its bite in rough water.Sure you will lose significant top end, but in water as rough as St. Clair, Erie or Champlain, do you really have it to use, anyway?I also like the 5 in spring time backwaters, as you can plane a Puma FTD about as quick as you can a 16 foot john boat.
