Prop Questions

I have a 96 Jaguar with 225 efi mariner. The prop is a Trophy model 48-825942A45 25P. I am looking for a better hole shot with decent top end. There are 4 holes on the prop that are not plugged. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to do or buy?
