Prop repair + rpm decrease

Looking to get some dings repaired and a small decrease in rpm(100). Had my Merc 150 EFI ECU reflashed and it increased my rpms. I was running between 5800-5900 and now I'm 6100+. Any suggestions on a good prop repair guy? Tim
