Get a hold of your dealer. Have them take care of this issue. It very well could be the drainage holes are plugged up. If there are no holes, the dealer will get a hold of Basscat and find out where those holes are supposed to be located. If you didn’t buy this through a dealer then get a hold of the customer service rep at Basscat. They will take care of you.
