Apparently my old 200 was pretty strong, and would run any prop i tried. I ran the 26p around 5650rpms, and loved it, but now on my Cougar AE im running a 25p ! Go figure ? The P4 hull is totally different from any other BCB hull, and from what i learned performed better for me with the engine low on the transom. I wasnt worried so much about rpms as i was holeshot and rough water handling, which were both excellent. i would probably just keep the 25p rather than try for more. If youre running near 70 with a tournament load you are running good.Last edited by dbasketman on March 10th, 2010, 3:16 pm, edited 1 time in total.
