Do you have a dual console? There are pics on here somewhere that shows the radio mounted nicely under the glovebox and the speakers mounted near the driver and passenger seats. Doing the same thing at the end of October.

The 5″ marine round style should work fine on the side panels next to the driver and passenger. This is the standard install location. There are several good brands like Clarion and Sony for marine use if you want a good set up. BCB

After my factory Clarion quit after 16 months , I replaced it with a Kenwood , they make a excellent marine stereo as well

Maybe mount speakers in a carpeted box and attach to the floor in some way. Other than that youll just about have to cut holes in the boat somewhere!

We saw some wedges built which offered a corner and out of the way location. There are not many options unless you are cutting the speaker holes. BCB

The side panels are the best locations below the console areas. You will want to measure the clearance and make sure you have enough clearance for the speakers you have chosen. BCB

If you dont want to cut into the fiberglass..you could take a portable radio with you. I bought an outdoor IPOD radio that is water proof at Bed Bath Beyond for less than $50. My IPOD fits into it and I have my tunes or even better my Fishing Pod Casts to listen to while fishing or where ever. Jamey
