Removing seat bottom

I have a small "ding" in the vinly seat bottom that I may need to take to have repaired. How do you remove a bucket seat with lumbar support in a 2006 PIV and can you just take out the bottom half. Thank you.-Joe.

Lift up on the back of the lower seat, it will raise about 5″, take out the two bottom scews with a 90* or a snub nose screw driver. Then there are two screws in the back that need to be removed, then the seat should just pull out unless you have speakers installed in the seat back. Thanks for the reply, But it seems my PIV seats do not come off in this manner. They do not tilt up from the back and are not “hinged” up front. I called the factory a few days ago and they were going to get back to me. I guess I have a “wierd” seat set up.-Joe

No, the center should be velcrod in and remove, then you can access the screws in the back of the seat.
