Removing State Registration Stickers

Just bought a boat with Ark reg stickers and need to take them off to put on Texas stickers -- any ideas on the best way?Also, and maybe BCB knows, the Arkansas stikers have the BCB "fish" symbol instead of dashes between the numbers. It looks great but is that copyright material or does anyone know where I could get the same thing for my Texas registration?

Use hair dryer to get the bulk of them off, it will leave residue ,then use wd40 to get that off. Then soap, then acetone to clean surface

Texas regs say you can use a “space” or a “dash” between the numbers. Hopefully you dont get as stickler warden that is in training that day??? Regs also say you have 15 days to comply with transfer. Any pics yet?http://www.boat-ed.com/tx/course/p4-1_boatnumbers.htm

Havent taken any pictures of my own but its the Puma FTD thats on the BassCat web site boats section (that boat, not one like it). Its awesome! Big differiance from my P-2.

Those fish are just a fish, nit propriety other than registered artwork. Go ahead and do it!

Yes Ward, it was Ivans boat. Hes on vacation and I dont want to bother him. Ill tell you what, he sure knows how to set-up a Puma!

Contact Josh from TFF, he did my numbers with the fish as spacers. I did show TPWD the pictures and the game warden there said the fish are okay to use. I dont have that in writing, but no problems as of yet….
