You need to do front and back on those holes through where they have stuck a make shift bow eye in there. This one looks like an old trappers boat from here in town. There were are few guys who used them to trap with in the winter time, and they just drove those up on the bank. BCB

Would it hurt to move the ring down further on the bow and plug and seal the hole?

OK guys I need some advice. I took it to B-ham Boat Works to get an estimate on getting them to do the repairs and paint and gell coat Just the botom of this boat and they want 3000.00 for just the bottom and the back. I knew it wouldnt be cheap but 3000.00 sounds alittle to high. I love my CAT but thats WAY TOO FAR out of my price range. I might have to look at something else and give this one a VIKING BURIEL !!!!!!!!!!

Bama I called James and he thinks that I MIGHT be able to use a hamby and just patch the gel in the chipped spots and save a boat load of money. Thanx for the info.

Make a spot in your garageFind someone with a loader to turn it over for youAnd enjoy working on your boat during winter.You will enjoy it and get much satisfaction from doing it yourself.

Well If I had a garage then it would be good to go but I dont have a garage at my disposal, lol Im in the process of working that out !
