Yes we can! They have inadvertently (accident) placed a screen over the lower fitting on the drain. A standard Vision Sabre does not have a valve in 2007, and neither does a Pantera Classic in the Vision Group. The Tour Equipment Package does offer a valve in the equipment group on a Vision package.
There should be a 5/8″ plug in your boat parts package, and that fits in the lower drain hole in the old fashioned method.
Remove the screen on the lower fitting. It jsut twists off and then you will have access. OR Take it to your dealer and have them remove that screen.
