The security system stays active with or without the master power on. The rest of your question will need to be answered off line to preserve the integrity of the system.

As said above, for security reasons you will need to call BCB on Monday to get the proper arming sequence for your boat as there are a few different sequences out there. They will not give that info out on line, you will have to provide HULL ID number as well. And yes it will work without the master power being turned on

Not enough to worry about. I would imagine its about the same as the auto bilge, which should be very very little draw off the main battery.

Cape Fear, What are you working on? Parasitic drain is something we have spent many discussions on here. We would be glad to help if we have your concern labeled.

One other thing to check…turn on both your graphs, then secure your power at the master switch under the throttle handle, both graphs should turn off, if not then one or both are wired directly to the battery and will draw power even though they are “turned off”.
