Seeking information on the new 4 Stroke 200HP ProXS

I currently have a 2017 Pantera 2 with a 200HP Optimax ProXS.  I normally am seeing between 4-5+ MPG the way I operate my boat on an average trip. I have an opportunity to re-power to the new V8 200 HP ProXS 4-stroke Mercury.  I would like to hear from others with this engine to give me your opinions on this engine including the MPG that I might be seeing if I switch.
