You seem to be chasing a gremlins that could just be a battery issue. How many volts is the battery after sitting for a few hours off the charger? If hte battery has voltage, swap the leads on the batteries from the ones that are not working to the ones that are. Check the in line fuses and then see what you have. You will have to have over 10.8 volts to get the charger to fire in most cases. Once you have a battery that is hot, we can begin to diagnose more, though we are not sure you have anything at all wrong. Go to the other post on the security system and see the level of milliamp drain you have.
