Does anyone know what caused the pitting etc……and is there anyway to correct or repair the wheels to get them back to an acceptable level…price to correct?

We have a shop locally that I will contact during the week to see if the wheels can be refinished.  I’ll let you know.  If I have them re-finished then I will likely keep them and re-install.   I’ve heard through the grapevine $125 to $150 per wheel.

Yes I do.  They are tucked away safely in my Garage.  I am planning to take them to a local wheel restoration shop and have them re-finished if no one wants the set before Christmas.    They are still available for $500 as is plus shipping or local pickup/meet somewhere.
