Very simple.

These fuel lines to your engine would not have been ethanol resistant. Thats a good place to start looking! The boat lines are ethanol resistant.

I have replaced the fuel line and bulb and fuel filter because I got an alarm prior and the filter had some water and hose pieces in it. It runs fine except it does have a little rough idle and if I idle to long it doesnt want to plain out and after I do get it plainer out it will cut out a little at full throttle. When I get in Im going to recheck the filter and then look at fuel rack I guess, appreciate all comments

If its missing at idle and cutting out at full throttle, id go straight to the pulse fuel pump rebuild kit. K-Swann- A thermometer….sometimes its so easy to forget those little things!

My buddies 08 went in the shop today with the same symptoms and some of his reeds had fell apart, so you may have a look there

I have a 2010 proxs 225 . some times if I idle a long ways it takes forever to get on plane . mercury tech at the flw tour on sam rayburn told me to change the TP sensor . heat from the block can effect the sending unit. no way to check sensor. still need to change mine out. i tried all of the normal stuff first .
