Pvs refers to the removable vent plugs that allow you to alter the amount of exhaust gas that flows around the prop to maximize hole shot, they have no effect on top end only hole shot
YES IT HAS REMOVABLE VENT PLUGS……. THE PROP WAS HARDLY EVER USED…….I USED A TEMPTEST ALL THE TIME…AND NOW I HAVE ANOTHER BOAT AND DONT NEED THE TROPHY……ROBIN
