If it is a low audible tone thats not more than a trickle sound then there is a ground issue that some engine just have. If the horn is a loud beep that is intermittent then we suspect water in the fuel filter.

Whats the fix for the ground issue on the engine? I assume it does not cause any harm? It was said before that a low audible buzz was a ground issue and I have checked everything I know to check and still get an intermitent buzz. Sometimes I can turn the master power off and then back on and it goes away. Sometimes I have to turn it off/on several times before it stops. I noticed during the OI it would buzz when I was on the trolling motor and would stop when I got off. Sometimes I can flip the light switch at the bow and it will go off. Kind of frustrating not knowing what causes it and how to make it go away for good. Maybe in a few years Ill be like my dad and not be able to hear it. That sounds like the LCR and not the ignition switch? The fix is toi lay another ground from the battery to the actual ground on the ignition and see if this fixes it. If so then run that ground wire from the battery strap on the transom (terminal block) to the ignition ground. BCB
