My buddy has a 2024 Puma STS. He just got it off the lake and the steering wheel turns 360 but does not move the motor but he can move the motor buy hand. He is waiting to hear from his dealer but is there anything we can trouble shoot while waiting to hear back? He did notice the motor was sloppy and had knocked a rubber steering stop off last weekend when trailering back from the lake last weekend but just figured it was not put on right.
Definitely get it back to the dealer. Sounds like there is a lack of fluid in steering lines/tank. He might be able to look under console at the holding tank and see if anything is in it.
