Stern light rivet

Does anyone know the proper size rivet to order for the stern light mount? There are 3 options on the BassCat store, but the light mount size isn’t one of them. Additionally, does the stern light mount come with required rivets? If so, I’ll choose this route.

I just replaced both my bow and stern nav light fixtures chasing an electrical gremlin. The rivets used on my Cougar are 3/16 inch diameter. 5/8” long worked on bow. The stern fiberglass is much thicker and a 5/8” is too short. I’m thinking 11/4” will do it but didn’t have any on hand.

We suggest through bolting those with the use of YoloSticks today. The rivets just will not retain the vibration and  harmonics,  eventually they tend to shear the heads.

For the intended weights and usage, the custom Avdel style stainless steel cored rivets are fine.
