We were more aware of Storm than most under it original owners. Bert & Rita and Johnny & Eddie were partners in Storm in the early days, they were Bass Cat Dealers also. Johnny and Francis, his father, were driving home to Florida with a three boat load and matching Bass Cat trailers, and lost control of the rig just outside Ravenden and Imboden, Arkansas, in spring of 1986 from memory. They did pretty good glass work back then. Though it has been through several other owners since then and we think changed hands three or four times. They met hard times after that and Bert went on to build another custom boat after selling the Storm out. Storm then eventually went out and were revised by another ownership.
