Need Help when Switching to Lithiums 2002 BassCat Pantera Classic
I have a 2002 BassCat Pantera Classic with a 2008 200hp Optimax with a 26P Fury Prop and upgraded to 3 Impulse Lithiums (one cranking and 2 12v trolling) a couple of years ago. I also had previously added an Ultrex and then about 18months ago added #2 12inch graphs (a garmin with LVS34 and one humminbird with 360) on the front. OMG... the lithiums have been an amazing addition with almost never running out of power and can track battery state of charge on my phone. As you can imagine, with the lighter back and the heavier front, changing props and prop to pad heights helped but still results in lower bow lift in rough water which can be concerning. I put the 26P Fury back on and lowered the PTP which is good but need more bow lift in the front for rougher water. I have tried reducing tackle in the front which helps some but wondered what can be added to the back to help? I wondered if a spare prop holder to the battery compartment, moving my tool box in the battery compartment etc... would help. I don't really need powerpoles but assume this would help? Any "quick" fixes that others suggest on weight additions and/or long term solutions like repower with heavier 4 stroke or add poles etc... would be helpful as well. Thanks in advance for any and all input.

You can go to a 4 blade and get the lift. Maybe give up 2 mph but it will be worth it. I have a 2021 Sabre FTD sp. I have an Ultrex, 12 in Garmin LS, 10 in Bird 360, 7 inch Bird for waypoints. I had to go to a 4 blade for the lift, lost 2 mph.
Thanks for the reply! In my prop test, I did get a 25P 4 blade and helped some but seems like there is not gong to be just one change that will make it right? Other suggestions?
