Sherm told me that some of the early 2015 Caracals had issues with the Hambys catching on a cross member of the trailer frame as the boat comes off the trailer which pulls the Hambys loose. My boat was one of them. Sherm had mine and two others that need repair. He took one down, and to expedite things, I took mine down yesterday. I met Richard, he went over what needs to be done with that issue as well as a couple of other small issues he would take care of for me. Bought some things from the store and got to talk with the gracious Dory. (Apologies to Dory if I spelled her name wrong.) I had a great visit with both of those folks. Once again, great customer service from BCB and the good folks who work there! I really appreciate that! Now...I have to wait for my boat to be ready for me to pick up and bring home. Kind of like waiting on a new boat.
Bill,Sorry I was not there though we had a dealer council yesterday and today is dealer sales training. We have a busy week and I wanted to reach out and say I was sorry I missed you and glad they handled you well. Thanks,Rick
I have dealt with both Richard and Dorry, as well as Lisa and all are good, good people. They and the rest of the folks there are why I will always be in a Basscat. 2015 Caracal
Same boat, same issue, same great treatment. When people ask me about my Cat, I tell them the same thing. There are lots of good boats out there. The Customer service you get from Basscat is the BEST, and that is why they should buy a Cat.
