People have lost their minds. As a Trump supporter, I would have been upset if he had not won. I would not be crying or protesting in the streets. This is becoming a very coddled generation, the generation of receiving participation trophies.

We are seeng the result of the “everybody gets a trophy” generation. I see it even in the fishing club my son started at his high school. Im dealing with kids who are upset that one kid is doing way better than everyone else. Its “not fair”, hes cheating, etc. I have already been cursed out like Ive never heard before in my life and even threatened by one of the parents. I cant imagine being a teacher in todays society, just running the fishing club is driving me crazy. Its actually sad the way too many of these kids and young adults are being raised.

This would be an excellent opportunity for the schools and universities to use this as a “lesson in life ” where they could teach them that not everything will be perfect when you reach adulthood. Instead, the “Adults” in these institutions simply coddle to their wining and give them what they want. I cant imagine what they will be like as employees in the workforce. Glad Im retired when I think about it. Everyone should believe in something. I believe Ill just go fishing!

Cancelling classes so they can cope, is exactly why we are in this situation with the protests. They arent taught to deal with real life. You dont always get what you want. Dont throw a tantrum when things dont go your way.

Folks, it is nearly impossible to battle mentally with ignorance. I learned long ago to allow ignorance to beat itself as it usually does after some time. Most of these young people will grow up, get real jobs, realize that they are getting screwed by the government no matter who they try to elect, change their minds about giving their hard earned money to those who have never worked a day in their lives and who continue to suck the funds that were supposed to be going to honest people who are disabled or retired.
