To Rick and the entire BCB staff..

I am a bcb owner and my dad has a “S” brand boat “i am working on him changing that by the way” My dad is older and i took charge of trying to get a replacement switch panel for him because it has partially failed..first off the “S” brand will not sell to the customer direct from the factory, so i contact a dealer and the parts guy at the dealer says, and i quote “we dont have much luck talking to someone when we call the factory” everything about this has been a absoulute circus act..i called bcb to share my story about this and 3 seconds after the very nice lady at bcb answered the phone, Allan in parts picked up..i told him the story and thanked him for the way he operates when i need anything for my boat..so this goes to Rick and the entire bcb staff THANK YOU for everything yall do in conducting your business..i am VERY glad and proud that i am a bcb owner and i wear my bcb ballcap everyday with pride..thanks for treating us like family and i know you guys and gals at bcb always will..BCB OWNER FOR LIFE!!!!!!

Thank you for that appreciation and we appreciate all of you as well. We are far from perfect and we strive every day to do what is right. Some days we fail and sometimes you just can’t win no matter how hard you try… some folks won’t let you win. Notes like this drive us to keep doing thingsnthe way we do and overshadow those that challenge our moral fiber.
