Top Speed 2008 Classic

I have a 2008 Pantera Classic, 200 HPDI V-Max, 25-m Prop, factory slide-master jack plate. I am currently getting 67-68 MPH on slick water but once I try to trim anymore I begin to porpoise (not walk). I am not shooting a rooster tail at all. When I take the boat out into a slight chop I can feel the bow lift and get up to 71-72 MPH. I want to know how to get more bow lift in the slick water. Thanks for any advice.
