What is the correct bolt torque for the bolts that mount the motor to the jack plate and the jack plate to the boat? I have heard everything from 45 foot pounds to 90 foot pounds. Please advise................... Chris

While there is not a set torque range for this, we suggest from 80 to 90 pounds for most. There are some variables like the types of washers, bolts, nuts and etc… BCB
