Not if other lights are working on that assembly.

I ordered a new running light, which allen was MORE than willing to sell me, only to find that when I wired in the new 1, and it didnt work, that the ground was slightly loose.tighten the ground and POOF. I had light.my grandpa always said, “boy, if you are having problems w/ trailer lights, its ALWAYS a grounding issue”. turns out he was right. well. most of the time anyway

Im having the same issue (running lights out but turn/brakes work) on the left light switched out in 2014 . Hollada please repost if the ground fixed the problem. BWP, were all of your lights out or was it just running lights?

The ground is solid. Was a bad wire connection. I now have a full set of working lights.
