There is no torque setting for the castle nut. You tighten it almost snug and loosen it very lightly to allow the bearings to free wheel, which is why there Iisa cotter pin holding the castle nut. Also be sure th seals are double lip marine seals and not just a matching part number. Car seals are made to only keep grease in, marine seals have two lips to keep grease in and above that water out! Torque the lug nuts to about 95 pounds and use a smidge of grease to keep the aluminum from gaulding between the wheel and nut, which causes the wheel to loosen as it travels, heats and cools.
