That glassed in transducer that Spanky refers to should be in the hull, in front of the floor drain, and that should be the connector for it. It is not the same shoot through that your dash unit uses, as that one is in the bilge area. If you connect it and your unit works, then of course that will confirm failure of your US2. On your head unit, make sure you have the latest software update and be sure to restore the factory defaults before giving up on the US2 transducer. That glassed in one is good for backup, and I have used it for such before, but if your US2 has failed, a new one on the troller is a better idea for accuracy because it will be much closer to the antenna.Last edited by catdude28 on March 20th, 2016, 1:32 am, edited 1 time in total.
