The instructions I received with my TS and Saver weren’t all that great. Had you drilling holes and installing bolts. That said, if you drill your jackplate, only drill the outside plate the correct diameter to tap those holes to receive the bolts. Otherwise, drilling all the way through and installing will make your jackplate fixed position.
