Something is either jammed in the system, or you have a trim pin moving out of the socket we suspect. Look at the upper connection on the trim main ram and see there is a pin floating there. If not then the hydraulics might be jammed. The trim stop leads us to the pin as that activates the trim sender. Excessively trimming would not cause this, though could lead to the issue showing up. It would have eventually in either case.
