Yes, check all of the connections. Charge the batteries with a separate charger for making sure they are getting a charge and the on board is working. They may have tested good, though be short of a full charge and not rejuvenating totally. BCB

check the foot switch, if going bad it robs voltage

YES, please check all the connections on the foot pedal. Sometimes water can sneak in there and get in the switch. Happened to ours. Also, check the connection where the pedal is plugged into the boat. Ours got a little fried this winter and melted some plastic… lol not. And if you can, check the head where the cables go to and check the connections there as well. hope i helped…Dan Yonan. ———————————————————
