We assume this is a Fastrike or Intruder engine and it is a real nice, and dependable rig. The fuel burn is not bad and finding a good used 200 OMC in these years will be tough. They do exist, though will be mated to a boat. If you have a Ficht engine, then your value is likely not much on trade. Just run it till it breaks is our suggestion there. And it probably will eventually break unless it has had one of those last updates done. Upgrading horsepower (repowering) is not that common today because of the cost of an engine these past ten years. We do see some, though the used boat they are repowering must be in very good shape to make it worthwhile. Or perhaps just nostalgic to the individuals. We would not think it feasible to repower this rig, unless you know where a very good used engine is. BCB
