What are you cranking? An opti is a power hog and needs a lot of amps. Motor has to spin three revolutions to build up enough pressure in the air rails to light the motor off. Heavy draw for a significant amount of time can be a problem when the battery is too weak. Merc recommends at least 800 cca, and this is for MOTOR ONLY. If you have other stuff hung off that battery, such as sonar, dash, pumps, lights, etc, you want something closer to 1000 CCA. The 34m doesnt even meet the minimum 800cca number. If you are cranking a BRP/Yamaha I cant say what they need. But that is going to cause LOTS of low voltage alarms on an opti and probably leave you stranded at the end of a day.
