V-T2 Livewell Ventilator

I cant imagine that this would actually improve the dissoved oxygen in the livewell water. Also, seems like this would allow water to get warmer during those hot summer days since it allows hot outside air into the cooler livewell environment. Bottom line, Im skeptical. Im with Silver Bullet on this. Its just what it says it is, a ventilator. The only way to tell if the DO(dissolved oxygen) has increased is to monitor it. Check what the DO is before using it and after a day of fishing. You really need to inject oxygen into the water in order to raise the DO. And too much is as dangerous as too little. Bass require a narrow range of about 4 to 10 mg/L and needs to be measured with a precise instrument. Warmer the water the less oxygen it holds. Looks like the V-T2 would be just another hole in your boat, where you dont want it.
