Vault bearing system

Welp last weekend after coming home after an ABA tournament I had a good ol blowout on my left frot tire on my tandom traier. It was the last orignal tire from the factory. My boat is an 2010 P2. Anyway I change my tire and get down the road and pull the boat into my garage and pull the blow out from the back of my truck I inspect the tire and then notice on the inside of the rim was slam full of the lube used to fill UFP Vault bearing protectors. Then I go and actully look at the bearing on the trailer and it was leaking big time on my garage floor. So i knock the Vault off and look inside and it was basically dry, then pull the brake caliper off and then notice a spring like seal hanging out of the back side of the bearing. Basically pull it apart and notice somehow the spring seal had backed out of the groove and worked its way out the bearing damaging the bearing and chewing up the backside of the bearing seal. So Im contemplating on rebuilding the Vault system or going back to buddies which I am used to. Also I didnt buy the 5 year extended warrenty, as I was the second owner of the boat and wasnt aware. Any Ideas why this happend and how I should go about fixing the problem?
