Hard to say the source of the water. It could be a cracked pump housing on the aerator or a thru hull fitting broken or cracked. This is common if you just had battery work done as they will step on a fitting.

No work has been done. It was a left over2015 brand new. Not even time for first service. I can take it to Palm Bay (2 hr drive)to the good folks at Aqua tech marine as it is under warranty. It could be a silicone job faulty at the factory, it could be the livewell flush valves open on the rear of the livewell (simple). There are dozens of places it could be and since its new it could be either us or the dealership in rigging. In 2015, during a 2 month window, we did have some silicone inefficiency on drain plugs, jackplates and thru hulls. We solved that problem in house though there could be some remaining in the field. We really can only speculate as to what the issuers if its not the livewell valve. You also can not run the pump in and aeration full time. The pump n is only for filling the wells, once they are filled the aeration and recirculation is all you need. The overflow on the wells can not keep up with volume. We apologize for the issue on a new ride and we will be glad to help any way we can. Opening the rear lid and paying attention when sitting on the water may show the leak if you dont find it easily.

I catch and release and havent used the livewell yet. Not until the wife wants fish for supper will it be used. Didnt see any water leaking in after running bilge until water was all pumped out. Ill try and run it tomorrow afternoon and see if I can duplicate it. I fished 6 hrs and was headed in when it happened. Not too worried now if something simple as a fitting. By the way, awesome bad to the bone boat! Always have someone at the ramp tell me how sharp it is. Wife says I love that boat more than her.

Finally found leak. Overflow hose fitting rear of boat for live well was loose. A little silicone and all is well. Fished a benefit tourney today and bilge was dry at end of day. My p2 was surrounded at the ramp by other anglers telling me how sharp it was. Thanks BCB!!! Its amazing how many people in my neck of the woods never heard of a basscat boat. I suggested to the guys today to check out the building process of these boats on bc website . Hopefully Ill start seeing a few more cats around.
