Hello Steve! Great to see facilitate this event again. Thanks! Q1: How can we get the word out to more BC owners in the West? Not all owners read or even know this owners board exists. Any luck on obtaining an owners list so they can be notified more directly (via mail)? Q2: Does this mean anglers will be able to pre-fish on the morining of the 13th? BTW: Safe light is 0613 hrs on the 14th. If you need help – just let me know! “Mac” McCullough FLW- Bass Federation (R3) Tournament Director
Mac, Good to hear from you. I spoke to the gentleman who bought your boat, One happy camper.Q1. I am going to post in all the bass forums I know of starting next week. I am currently working on a flyer to start emailing to those on my list. I will ask for that list.Q2. I hadnt considered that but my gut feeling would to say no. What do you think?Any advice you wish to share will be happily recieved.Steve “Gunz” Molina
Tourn. is on Sat. the 12th and Sun. the 13th. Agree with Mac re trying to get the word out to more owners, maybe the Livermore BCB dealer can help with that too, with bumps as the dates get closer. A lot of guys out here fish tournaments virtually every weekend and the more lead time they have the better for them to set up. The noon start on Sat. IMO should not have pre fishing allowed, others may have different opinions? Sundays start is early AM. Steve, are you having the start time positions by pre sign up dates and then reversed the 2nd day, or some other way?
cant wait to be there at the WCBCOI this year guys! Steve I spoke to Stan Vandenberg of 1800bassboat ins. and he just bought a PIII from one of his club buddies, i told him about the WCBCOI but wasnt sure of this years dates so you might want to give him a call so he can help in getting the word out.Steve i was at DVL this past Sunday and guys were drooling over the boat i got from Mac! thanks again Mac for a well maintained and looking fishing machine!Last edited by socalpIII on January 6th, 2015, 5:56 pm, edited 3 times in total.
WCBCOI IVSteve: If you can get a flyer in my hand, I will ask Steve (Boat Masters in Livermore) to post. Also, I Ill be working the ISE Show on this Friday – Im sure Cat Owners will stroll by and I can pass flyers to them as well. Also, I can distribute to all FLW Federation anglers as well as post on windshields at the various launch ramps in No Cal.Im also thinking – no pre-fishing on Saturday.SoCalPII: She looks good buddy! I sure do miss her. Not being able to fish when they are biting is really hard. But monitor the Bass Cat By Serial Number Facebook page for #BASB0989A515. Its in the production schedule now.I hope to be on the water in 7-8 weeks. That seems like forever!!!”Mac”
Any movement on this? Talked to a few guys at the snag proof and everyone sounded like they didnt know what was going on. Just a heads up.
