Weak Pump Out

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting. I bought the 2020 Caracal in December 2020 new but it was a dealer demo. I have done 2 tournaments with it and the pump out is weak compared to my other BCBs. The stream does not even clear the boat. I will check the screens and try to look for kinks in the tubes etc. Is there anything else to check???

Yes, it could just be the motor, or a kink. We seldom see an issue and it’s probably simple. These SPX Pumps are EXTREMELY dependable from our experience.

Check screens. If that doesn’t fix the issue, then swap pumps.

I am finally getting around to this. I unscrew the clean outs and surprise there are no screens! Were they removed or is this a different model?

I check the run of the hoses and definitely no kinks anywhere. I will swap the pumps tomorrow.
