eyra94; Sounds like you may be tightening the castle nut too much or using the wrong grease. You may have ruined the bearings and the races, but the axle and the hub should be ok. After replacing the bearings and races, pack the bearings with Amsoil Water Resistant Synthetis Grease, And do not crank down on the castle nut. Its better to be a hair loose than a hair tight……………Mike

Throw the grease gun in the trash if you are using one. Use of a grease gun is a sure path to bearing issues.

Ya you really need to pack those bad boys by hand, once you get the knack it only takes a few minutes and you know that their well greased.

A old mechanics way to adjust the wheel bearing nut. Tighten down on the nut as you spin the wheel/hub until the nutgets tight enough that you can feel the wheel start to get in a bind. Now take a screw driver and as you back off the nut try to slide the washer under the nut with the screwdriver. When you can just slide the washer back the nut off to the closest place you can get the cotter pin in and you are set. I have probably packed 500 sets of wheel bearings in my mechanicyears and have never had one burn up using this method.Johnny

I did pack the bearing prior to installation, and greased through grease zirt…..This is the 5th set of bearings that have blown out in 7 years and always the same one and never when close to home…lol…Thats why I was wondering if the spindle could be bad….or maybe i am tightening them to much…but never had this kind of bearing issues on anything else..??????

You are either over tensioning the bearing load, or you are blowing the seal with a grease gun, and possibly both.
