Which prop for a 2000 PIII/Evinrude Ficht 200 hp

I posted on the general board, but thought Id get a little more prop advice here. I have a 2000 PIII with a 200hp Evinrude Ficht motor and with an average to heavy load, the boat has a slow, slow, slow hole shot. Bow sits high and takes forever to plane. Currently running a 24p 3 blade Raker which Ive been told continually is the wrong wheel. I have a 25p Renegade and a 25p Shooter to try, but think both being 25p might not make a big difference. The Shooter needs work, so when I have it done, I might consider reducing the pitch to 24. Any thoughts on that?? Im not looking for the speed that most guys shoot for, just good hole shot and overall performance. I will likely run no more than 50-55 mph tops, so Im not sure optimizing RPMs is as important, but would appreciate any thoughts on that too! Any advice on improving my hole shot and which prop is best for this setup is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all!
