Obviously your continuing to express your unwavering opinion that our engineering team is insufficient. You have pointed out Some inadequacies and also several issues relating to previous ownerships we assume. Yes, we get that you disagree and we believe we could find similar inadequacies in every product made. Why do our vehicles waste so much space in the center console area for example. Yes it houses a brain box on most, though not that large. And god bless those who have to access certain areas
The last little foam block picture, We assume, is intended to embarrass us into a words struggle match with you. First that block is not built to the design, nor is the plastic the intended compression technique. It does appear someone in a final process redesigned the Part and install on this boat.
Foam parts similar to this are a process used by many companies for various aspects, and yes often they become sacrificial once compromised. This part was compromised as the water was not drained and it eventually became water logged. The process is no longer used, and this part is not done properly. Not unlike any other company someone reinvented a simple part obviously, trying to in their minds improve. Yes, we have people too.
Whether it’s the foam strip in a rat guard on a metal building, cowling compression foam on a tractor, radiator seal on many lawn and garden parts. And why can’t they come up with an air filter that doesn’t degrade into gunk after a couple of years.
If we had a chance to look at the jobs of many of you we certainly would question those thought processes in those designs. We all do it every day, we just don’t all see the need to be so vocal.
Gosh why are garages always so short anyway? Can’t even put a mid sized SUV in many and get around.
