Why no aerator bars in Lynx?

I think they did more testing with Arkansas Game and Fish Dept.  under different conditions and came up with a better solution.

What this looks like to me is a me-too boat designed to satisfy people who don’t understand true innovation. There is nothing wrong with that because companies have to respond to the market.

What I’m hearing from my local Bass Cat dealer is that people who don’t understand true innovation don’t like the triangle live wells. They can’t get past them, even though they are superior in every way, including using aerator bars.

I agree the triangle design is better and seem bigger though I had no issues with the square ones in my 07 Classic.  It appears the triangle wells take up more room however.  Buddy just bought a 2021 Puma FTD coming out of a 07 Puma and the rear storage compartments in the 21 are considerably smaller than those in the 07.  Do the triangulated ones hold that much more water?  I think the effectiveness of the old and new live wells have as much to do with the spray bar systems as the shape of wells which is why I and I’m sure others wondered why they are not in the new version of the Lynx.
