On my 2017 Cougar I currently have 2 Garmin Echomaps on the front, a 9"- and 10'-unit, live scope, the Garmin trolling motor foot pedal, and the Garmin hub. All are currently being powered by separate 10-gauge tinned wiring that I ran from the battery in the back to the front. All of this has been protected by a separate fuse block in the front as well as a on and off switch that I use to shut everything down when not in use. Same switch that Basscat installs by the console of the boats. Here is my question, if I jump the gauge up on the wiring from the 10 gauge that I currently have in use how much larger do I have to go to make sure the power is still clean and not overloading the wiring?
