That’s  a lot of HP gain for that engine.   Only way I know of to bump HP on any engine is timing and fuel air mixture.  I can see 20 maybe 25 hp tops.   I think that figure may be inflated.  I dont know, but I suspect that to get that, the fuel mixture is much leaner than I would want it. (possibly much higher rpm also.   Computers can do wonder on an engine but there are limits.   Dont think it will live long at that number.  Only other option would be a supercharger.
